This plan includes both a gym version and a home version, so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle and schedule. The workouts are effective and easy to follow, focusing on foundational movements that work. Whether you’ve been exercising for years, are just getting back into it, or you’re starting for the very first time, you’ll feel confident and supported. Each workout is pre-recorded, so while you’ll receive a structured plan, you’ll also have clear video guidance to follow — no guesswork, no pressure, just progress. Lets MOVE!
Each workout is around 30–45 minutes, designed to be realistic and doable with a full schedule. You’ll receive both a gym and a home version of the plan — so you can move in the space that works best for you.
The home plan uses mostly bodyweight and household items (like backpacks or water bottles), while the gym plan includes basic equipment like dumbbells or machines.

The plan is designed with 5 workouts per week, plus one active outdoor day and one full rest and recovery day — a realistic, balanced structure to help you build strength and consistency without burning out. But life happens. If you can only manage 3 workouts some weeks, that’s completely okay!
